1 Scoop of Tru Supplements Cinnamon Bun Protein 

1/3 cup of protein

pancake mix

1 Egg + 1 pinch

of baking powder

Cover mixture with cinnamon

1/2 of a ripened banana

Mix all ingredients together

Blackberry granola Greek yogurt cups 

Quick and easy recipe for a great anytime snack

Whether you're just waking up, on the go, or want a tasty snack in between meals, this is a quick low calorie recipe to help you curb your appetite. 

 

What you need: 

1 Whole grain granola bar (or granola)

1/2 cup Plan Greek Yogurt 

2 teaspoons of Vanilla 

Blackberries

Small Cups 

1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional)

1 teaspoon of sugar (optional) 

 

 

Next Steps:

Crush your granola bar into tiny peices 

Fill each cup 1/5th of the way 

Mix the vanilla into the greek yogurt (add sugar and lemon juice for more flavor) 

Fill cup with greek yogurt 

Top with blackberries 

Sit in freezer for 45 minutes

 

Tastes like cheescake!!!!!
