What you need:
1 Whole grain granola bar (or granola)
1/2 cup Plan Greek Yogurt
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
Blackberries
Small Cups
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
Next Steps:
Crush your granola bar into tiny peices
Fill each cup 1/5th of the way
Mix the vanilla into the greek yogurt (add sugar and lemon juice for more flavor)
Fill cup with greek yogurt
Top with blackberries
Sit in freezer for 45 minutes
Tastes like cheescake!!!!!
