What is Drop 15


Drop 15 is 4 month program designed to help you get a head start on the new year, get results, burn some body fat  and learn habits that will help you keep it off so you can start 2018 off the right way. All you have to do is follow the plan. 

The program is individual based - meaning you are an official client of Get Fit With Chrys. Your workouts and nutrition planning is individualized to meet your goals. You will get a hands on learning approach to your lifestyle journey which consists of one-on-one scheduled calls to help you stay on track, and access to the HIIT workout vault.
