HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR MACROS

What is the macro method?

Counting your macros is a method used to keep track of your daily food intake according to the calculated carb, protein and fat grams you should be getting in a day.

This method works for those who are looking for a lot more flexibility in their dietary routine.

For example. Let's say you get a donut for breakfast and log it into My Fitness Pal, it comes out to be 32g of carbs, 8g of fat, and 2 g of protein, well... you've just logged some macros for the day.

Counting your macros can sound tricky at first, but if you practice and do it consistently, you can practice non-restrictive eating behaviors to help you prevent things like yo-yo dieting, restrictive eating patterns, fad dieting, limited calories, low carbs etc, just for the purposes of reaching your goals.

If you missed the live online Master Your Macros class this week, you still have a chance to watch the class. During this class, I will teach you how to calculate your macros, and use them in an effective way.
