Check your email for your payment authorization form. This form needs to be signed before you can gain access to any newtrition lab resrouces. The email will come from Docusign and you may see our shell company Timeless Fitness LLC
App Set up
Take your first set of progress photos and measurements (front back and side) and upload them to your profile. The app will direct you. Find good lighting, wear a sports bra and shorts, NO SELFIES (set timer on your phone if no one can take them for you)
When taking your measurements follow the instructions below:
Waist: Starting at belly button, wrap measuring tape gently around your torso (do not pull tight, this will skew your measurements
Hips: Start from the furthest point your butt sticks out and wrap around hips
Thigh: Put one hand down by your side, whereever your index/pointer finger is, thats where you measure
Arm: make a muscle , at the highest peak of your bicep, thats where you measure (unflexed)

Newtrition Lab coaching calls are every Thursday at 7pm EST. You can attend by clicking here and using password newtrition
If you are unable to attend the replays will be available on the coaching call replay section of the site.

Go to the 'Member's Only tab on the Get Fit with Chrys Website. Here is where you will set up your login to access the extra resources like coaching call replays, meal guides etc. Once you request access please allow at least 2 business days for our team to approve your request.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SUCCESS HACKS
Check ins are 1x per month. Although you can check in more often, your requirement is 1x per month. During your check in you are to update your photos, weight, measurements, and progress indicators such as your water intake, sleep and recovery.
This is a full update on your progress, be as specific as possible. You are responsible for sending in your check in. If we don't hear from you, we won't be able to coach your through this process.
