Eating healthy without breaking the bank

When people are looking to make a change towards a healthier lifestyle, they often get overwhelmed at the thought of finding the right food at the right price.

There are many ways to cut down on grocery costs, and one of my favorite is bulk shopping. The thing about buying bulk is it saves you both time and money. You will have enough to save you a couple of trips to the grocery store, and some extra cash to do some retail therapy or any other form of self care... because you deserve it.

These are a few of my favorite finds from Costco, but you can find them at almost any bulk store.

And if you don't have a Costco, Sam's Club or any other wholesale store near you...that's ok, another solution to your healthy budget needs is Aldi.

Aldi has healthy inexpensive options too! They've even dedicated specific "better-for-you" brands to help people make healthier food choices. If you take a trip to Aldi the brands are called Simply Nature, Earth Grown, Live G Free (gluten free) and Fit Active. Here are some great finds under $5.

SEEDTASTIC POWER GRAIN AND SEED BREAD
