pancake mix

1 Egg + 1 pinch

of baking powder

Cover mixture with cinnamon

1/2 of a ripened banana

Mix all ingredients together

To modify for muffins, add 2 tbsp of coconut oil and a little water (mixture should be smooth and slightly thick but not clumpy. If it is not thick enough add more pancake mix. Taste the batter - can add banana or stevia to make sweeter.
