The Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide for Fitness and Wellness

It's that time of the year. We're all scrambling to get the best deal and pick the best gifts for our family, friends and loved ones.

I decided to create this gift guide because I'm making the choice to buy local for Christmas this year. Fortunately, I have some people in my life doing some pretty amazing things, so I wanted to share some of their entreprenuerial magic with the world and hopefully give some great gift ideas for people interested in fitness and wellness.

Let's start with...

1. Personal Training (of course)

You can't go wrong with giving the gift of fitness. What better time to help someone jump into the swing of their fitness routine before the New Year even starts.

2. Chic Fitness Apparel

It's one thing to get into fitness, but getting into fitness fashion makes your next trip to a group fitness class or gym session much more worth it.

Fit Atelier

If you're looking for some trendy, fit gifts, try my friends at Fit Atelier. They've got your covered.

3. Self Care & Rejuvenation

Self-care is becoming a big topic of conversation. With the high levels of stress we all face every day and the high demand we place on our bodies, something so small as taking a hot bath, getting a massage or rejuvinating your skin is becoming more and more valuable. Any of these would make a great gift for any fitness and wellness lovers.

One of my best friends created a coffee scrub that is such a great gift for anyone who wants to indulge in a little more self-love. I don't have to brag on it because the product really speaks for itself. Check it out!

4. Making Scents and Meditation

While we are on the topic of relaxation, you can never go wrong with candles as a gift. Ever. Whether you've known someone for years or you have no idea what they like, a candle allows you to give a gift that soothes the soul and brightens up any room.

People who workout more than 3 times per week are more than likely to experience higher levels of tension in the body. Lighting a candle can encourage relaxation and meditation.

I've had the privelege of witnessing the work that Excellence Junkie puts into producing candle scents that stimulate all senses. These scentes are bound to leave any home smelling like the memories of Christmas. See for yourself.

5. Organic Growth

The more knowledgable we become about where our food comes from, the more people start to value the organic movement. A really cool way to give the gift of health is to help someone start their own garden.

Now, I know what you're thinking, "how is anyone supposed to start a garden in the middle of December" right? Well... I met a couple a few months ago who started Pop Up Produce and I think it is one of the best ideas I've ever heard.

You have to see what they're about. Such a cool way to DIY.

6. Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes have been a trend for the past 2 years. Since the growth of the idea, there are even more out now than ever. You could pay for someones subscription and not worry about doing the hunting for the gifts, this one keeps on giving.

Check out my girls over at Rebellia Clothing. If you know a fit chick who likes to look like a boss and a babe in and outside of the gym, they've got just the gift for you.

I hope this gift guide can help you in any way. Feel free to leave a comment or ask any questions if you need more ideas for gifts in the health and wellness space.
